What do you need To get started?

We need your project details including your business details, business goal, project goal, products, services, competitors' websites, color scheme, etc. Please note that a 50% advance payment of the total project cost is required to commence work on your project.

Do your designs mobile and tablet responsive?

Yes! all our web designs are mobile responsive and tablet responsive design layout.

How long does a website take to complete?

Most website projects require between 2 and 8 weeks from the time that the project begins until it launches. It also varies depending on how long it takes you to provide the necessary web content, text, photos, etc.

When will I be able to view my website?

We build the website on a development server and make it available for you to view within 3 days to 1 week of receiving all requirements to begin the web design.

Will I have full and complete access to my website?

Yes, you will have full access to your website, including all content such as text, images, and other media. Once your website is completed and approved, we will provide you with the necessary admin login information so that you can manage and update your website as needed.

Can I edit my website in the future?

Yes, you will be able to easily edit and update your website in the future! Your website will be equipped with a powerful Content Management System (CMS) which will allow you to manage and customize your website with ease. With your own secure login credentials, you will be able to access an administrator dashboard which will give you full control over the content on your website. From here you will be able to edit existing content, add new content, upload images and videos, and much more!

Can I log in to the website administration while it is being built or updated?

We maintain website super admin access to prevent potential errors in website pages and functionality caused by concurrent modifications by two different admin level accounts. This ensures that only one account has the ability to make changes, reducing the chances of conflicting updates or other issues that could arise from dual updates.

Will my website be compatible with mobile devices?

Absolutely! As the number of people accessing the internet while on the go has surpassed that of desktop users, having a mobile-friendly website is critical. We make every effort to ensure that your website is mobile-friendly. The site we create for your organisation will function flawlessly on modern mobile devices.

Do I own the copyrights to my website?

Yes, you own the copyrights to your website design once the final sign-off agreement has been signed and final payment has been paid. As the owner, you have the right to use, reproduce and distribute your website design as you wish. However, be aware that other software and scripts, such as the content management system (CMS) used, may still be subject to their respective developer/copyright owners’ rights.

Do I need to be in Brisbane to use your service?

Not at all! We provide you with software services, so there's no need to have yourself engaged with us during the project development period. We have clients from all over the world with whom we can communicate via email, scheduled phone calls, online messaging, or video conferencing.

What type of payment do we typically accept?

We accept direct bank transfer payments as well as online credit card payments such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal.
